A leading global provider of weight loss products and wellness programs partnered with NuWare to overcome severe limitations in its ATG eCommerce platform related to content updates, personalization, and marketing agility.
The existing setup lacked a robust content management system (CMS), forcing the client to rely on technical teams for every change, from updating promotional banners to introducing new offers. Each update took nearly 50 hours of manual effort, creating long release cycles and missed business opportunities.
NuWare’s goal was to enable ATG Business Control Center (BCC), the merchandising and content management component of ATG, to provide the client with self-service control, agility, and real-time personalization capabilities for its digital storefronts.
