Venk Krishnan - President and CEO
An experienced entrepreneur, Venk Krishnan is Founder and CEO of NuWare. NuWare has been listed on the Inc. 500 for two years, and was ranked #102 in the Inc 500 list of America's fastest growing privately held companies in 2000. NuWare was also ranked as a Fast 50 company by Deloitte and Touche in 2003. Mr. Krishnan started his professional carrier after graduating from BITS, Pilani at ORG systems followed by Wipro Infotech. He came to the United States in 1988 to work for Wall Street-based Automated Securities Clearance (currently part of SunGard ) and was one of the core architects and developer for a equity trading system called "BRASS" - subsequently he worked in senior technical and managerial positions at the following major corporations including: Bell South Wireless Data, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Sybase before becoming an entrepreneur and founding NuWare in 1994. Venk was also the founder and CEO of a venture funded startup in 2000 called GovXcel which was a software company focused on construction permits and licences-The company was eventually acquired by Mitchell Humphrey in June of 2003.


Tony Calabro - Vice President, Sales
Mr. Calabro has more than 15 years experience in the technology industry. Most recently, he was VP at Digital On-Demand, manufacturer of digital distribution solutions. Prior to joining Digital On-Demand, Mr. Calabro was with the IBM Corporation as a Senior Sales Executive in the Open Systems Storage area. Mr. Calabro has held managerial and executive level positions for large corporations, including BoxHill Systems Corporation, Astec Standard Power and Schweber Electronics. He holds a Masters of Music Degree.


Praveen Kesava - Chief Operating Officer
Praveen brings over 15 years of Sales, Business Development, Implementation and Consulting experience in IT industry delivering enterprise strategy & solutions to fortune 500 corporations.

Most recently, Praveen was the President/CEO of Spark5 Inc (2000-2002), a B2B vertical solutions provider for the Health Care Insurance & Finance Industries. Spark5 Inc was sold to Webify Services, Inc in May 2002. Prior to Spark5 Inc, Praveen spent more than twelve years working for companies such as Hewlett Packard, BASF, Sony Electronics Inc, Nabisco, Paramount, Misys Health Care & Trident International in roles spanning implementation, sales & product development.

Praveen started his career with Trident International Inc doing World Bank Projects for Africa. For his accomplishments, Praveen was recognized by Medic Systems (now Misys Health Care Systems) for design, development & implementation of one of the first 'Electronic Claims Software'. Hewlett Packard recognized him three years in a row for his achievements in Enterprise Sales & Marketing Division.

Praveen has a Masters in Computer Science from Shippensburg University, PA, USA and Bachelor of Mechanical engineering & Masters in Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India.
