Venk founded NuWare in 1994 since then he has been responsible for setting the firm's direction and developing new business opportunities , under his leadership NuWare has been listed on the Inc. 500 for two years in a row. Deloitte and Touche also ranked NuWare as a Fast 50 company for two consecutive years. Venk is a charter member of the TIE TriState (NY/NJ/CT) - A global network for entrepreneurs

Venk also founded a venture funded startup in 2000 called GovXcel. GovXcel was a software company involved in development of innovative software products geared towards the US local government market. GovXcel was eventually acquired by Mitchell Humphrey in June of 2003

Venk has worked in senior technical and managerial positions at the following major corporations in the USA including Automated Securities Clearance (currently a division of SunGard Systems ), Bell South Wireless Data, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Citi Group, Sybase professional services, Wipro. Venk Graduated from BITS, Pilani in India.

Prashanth has over 16 years of experience in information technology, Internet product development and consulting services.

He started his full-time career at S3 Technologies a division of GSE systems. Working for them in various capacities he led a team that was responsible for building the next generation Case Tools for real-time simulations (GemCase). Prashanth also widely consulted for various companies in the US before moving to Bangalore to setup NetKraft in 1998.

As Founder/CEO of NetKraft he helped define both the Vision and Strategic direction for NetKraft to establish it as one of the leading Offshore solutions company focusing on the Retail and HealthCare Verticals. In 2004, NetKraft had 400+ employees with offices in US, France, UK and Belgium, when it was acquired by Texas based Adea Systems. Previously, Prashanth secured two rounds of Venture Funding for NetKraft, from funds based both in Europe and US.

He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, USA, and an Undergraduate degree, also in Computer Science, from the Bangalore Institute of Technology, India.

Mr. Neel serves as a Senior Vice President and Director responsible for operations and focusing on Business Development.

Mr. Neel has 14 years of experience. As a founding member of Nuware, Mr. Neel provided technology and relationship management for Nuware's financial services practice in USA. Neel worked for over 9 years at Alliance Bernstein including heading their Data Base services area. Neel also worked at Merrill Lynch as head of their off their Sybase practice. Mr. Neel has an engineering degree from India and a Masters in Computer Science and an MBA from Rutgers University, USA.

Subramanian Kris joined NuWare Technology Corporation as Chief Delivery Officer responsible for global delivery of NuWare projects. He brings with him around 15 years of experience in the IT industry and was most recently performing the role of delivery head of Europe for Adea Solutions in India. His domain expertise include largely managing projects for customers in the Retail & Distribution and Finance industry.

He also brings him with experience of setting up and managing huge offshore development centre and provided seamless application management and support for his customers. During his tenure at Adea, he has managed roll out of large engagements in the Retail & Distribution vertical in the practice areas of ERP (CRM, Financials and HRMS), EAI, Datawarehousing, B2B and B2C.

Prior to this, he has spent over 5 years for Hewlett Packard through Blue Star Infotech Ltd., where he was managing large team of professionals providing application management and support to Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies World Wide General Accounting Systems.

He comes from a Computer Science and engineering background from DOTE, Chennai, India and an Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, India.

Mr. Kartik serves as a Senior Vice President and Director responsible for operations and focusing on managing mission critical applications from offshore centers in India. Mr. Kartik has 14 years of distributed consulting experience. As a founding member of Nuware, Mr. Kartik provided relationship management for Nuware's financial services client Alliance Bernstein, USA. During his 11 long year tenure at Alliance Bernstein as a senior consultant successfully implemented several mission critical initiatives for the fixed income technology group and continuing the responsibility through the offshore center in India. He was instrumental in setting up the offshore support practice for mission critical applications. Prior to Alliance Bernstein, Mr. Kartik consulted at other premier institutions like JP Morgan Chase and Lucent Technologies in the US. In addition to his role in operations Mr. Kartik is also responsible for new business initiatives within the organization, both domestic and overseas. Mr. Kartik has an engineering degree from India and a Masters in Computer Science from Oklahoma, USA

Subu krishnan brings in over 25 years of professional and business experience. He joined NuWare in 1996 and in the early years set up business processes and systems in the company. He was instrumental in NuWare setting up the offshore development centre in India. Earlier he Worked in senior technical and managerial positions in The Tata Group Major TATA MOTORS for over 17 years.

Subu has a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a certificate in Finance from the CA institute.

Srinivasa Raghavan has an extensive IT background that includes 14+ years of industry experience in product development & consulting services related to Financial , Travel , Logistics , Health Care , Insurance & Mutual Funds, Manufacturing domains. He is an experienced Software Architect, specializing in enterprise architectures in desktop and Enterprise applications covering both Microsoft and J2EE platforms .

He started his professional career as a Civilian Research Scientist at the Defense research & Development Organization(DRDO) after graduating Masters in Computing from Mysore University together with an MS Degree from Austraila. He has played key roles over the years some of which include leading architecture teams , key player in Global Solutions Design group , Principal Architect , Technology Consultant , Development Head , Research Scientist.

Being from a technical and managerial background , he has helped institutionalize architecture and design , design of frameworks , defining technology road maps , set up customer specific technical processes using industry best practices . He has served both in India and Australia and has earlier worked at Netkraft , Perot Systems , Ramco Systems , Verifone , Professional Advantage.
